Nicolas Berclaz

Nicolas was influenced by hospitality concepts, design and operations from a very young age as his family owned and managed well known and successful venues in Geneva. Although he always showed interest in the processes of this industry he decided to pursue a career in banking and went on to complete a Master of Business Management at the University of Lausanne. He subsequently started working as a wealth manager at a private bank in Geneva.

Following his creative ambitions Nicolas decided to leave the work of banking behind and went to Paris to study film and photography. Upon completion he returned to Geneva where he worked in a creative environment and also naturally found himself shift to hospitality. Among other things he developed the concept for the Riverside Café in Geneva which is one of the most buzzing and exciting venues in town to date. He continues to manage this venue and implement new ideas and events.

Nicolas joined diverseconcept during his creation of Riverside Café and in the meantime has become a driving force in our European team. He has the perfect combination of economic and creative skills to create attractive as well as profitable projects with longevity as a key factor.
